Welcome to The Fishing App, home of what we hope will be the benchmark FREE app for fishing in Australia.
We are about to deploy The Fishing App on iTunes, as version one, ready for you guys to test and tell us what you'd like to see in version two....which we're already working on!
Register on the Support Forum and tell us your thoughts, what you think would be good to add and we'll add it to the User Wishlist. If you're having trouble using the app or you think something isn't working as it should be, please let us know so we can rectify if required. Without your feedback we'd be non the wiser!

The Fishing App iPhone App Features
These are the features available on he current version of The Fishing App:
- Possession Limits*
- Sorted by Salt Water, Fresh Water, Sharks and Crustaceans
- Each fish contains min lengths and bag and boat limits for each state (where applicable)
- Map/GPS Mark Recorder
- Find your current location and save a new 'Mark'
- Automatically load all your saved 'Marks' at the press of a button
- Manually input a latitude/longitude for a new 'Mark'
- View in Satellite or Street mode
- Weather/Tide Times/Moon Phases
- Check the weather and forecast before planning your day out
- Check the tide times, from all major ports in Australia
- Check the Moon phase for that day, and forecast week
- Fisheries News Feed
- Our in–App feed which allows instant updates on changes to Fishing Regulations in Australia

* The Possession Limits side of our app does not contain images to identify your catch. Due to copyright laws and exorbitant fee's for using high quality hand drawn fish images, we are currently using the app for possession limits only. We hope the community get behind us and donate their own images for us to use throughout the app in future.
